Champion's Choice Buckles quarantees their workmanship and quality. Custom products can not be returned for anything other than craftsmanship or manufacturing defects. The product description is accurate and upfront. The customer will be sent verification of a layout of the product before it is started. We will require an email back stating that the customer is happy with the layout of the product. Because we are careful to make sure that everything is upfront there should be no reason to have to send products back except if there is a manufacturing defect. We will make sure that as a customer you will be happy with your custom pieces.
