SHIPPING CHARGES
We ship our buckles and awards throughout United States as well as internationally. Since our buckles are custom made, please allow at least 5 weeks for us to build them and then a approximately 1 week to ship domestically or 2 weeks when shipped internationally. Our shipping rates are always a flat rate per order- not per buckle. We charge $10.00 flat rate per order when shipped within the 50 US States, $27.50 flat rate on any order to Canada, and $39.50 per order flat rate for international shipping. The more buckles you order, the more you save per buckle!!!
RETURNS
Champion's Choice Silver guarantees their workmanship and quality. Custom products can not be returned for anything other than craftsmanship or manufacturing defects. We will send you a proof of the layout of the product before it is started and will have you sign and date it and return a copy to us before we start production. On those rare instances we build a buckle or gift that is not exactly how we had laid out for you,or has some sort of defect, we will gladly build you another buckle and get this to you ASAP.
