Due to service charges, we do not offer 100% refunds on any product that does not have a defect or design flaw. In the event that the buckle does match the design proof but does not meet the customer’s standard, we will offer a 70% refund. Returns and Refunds
- What qualifies for a Return and Refund:
- The product arrives broken and can be shown through a photo taken by the customer.
- The product is not the same as the design proof that was approved.
- The product breaks within 2 years after the order was placed.
- ***Please note, we will send a shipping label for returns.
- The product is lost during the shipping process.
- ***Please note, in instances like this, we will issue a full refund of the product.
- What does not qualify for a Return and Refund:
- Last minute changes to a proof that was already approved. We can’t guarantee these changes will be shown on the final product if the design proof was already approved prior to the additional changes.
- If the brand/image/logo was handdrawn and that’s how it looks on the product.
- *** Please note, we highly advise that a digitized form is uploaded of your brand/image/logo. We will build it exactly how it is shown in the upload.
- Simply not liking the product. If the design proof was approved then that is what will be built. Issues on the design are not a cause for a return, refund, or rebuild.
- The product is not the size the customer was expecting or wanting.
- ***Please note, the size is written in most product’s descriptions and will also be shown on the product’s design proof.
Repairs and Rebuilds
- What qualifies for a Repair or Rebuild:
- Products that arrive with defects that are shown in a photo taken by the customer.
- ***Please note, we will send a shipping label for repairs. If the buckle is being rebuilt we may ask you to send back the original buckle back to us, in that case we will also send a return label for the product.
- If the product arrives with or eventually is missing stones. We will base this off the honesty of our customer.
- Product breaks within 2 years after the order was placed.
- *** Please note, if you won or were gifted a product made by us and something needs to be repaired, please contact the association or person who purchased the buckle. We will only work with direct customers, not third parties.
- Products that arrive with defects that are shown in a photo taken by the customer.
