How long will my order take?

  • Our custom orders typically take 5-6 weeks. If you need your order within 35 days, we offer a rush option for an addtional $50 per item. To select this option, choose 'Yes' when asked if you need the order within 35 days on the product's order form (the $50 will automatically be added to the item's price).

Will I receive a proof of my product(s)?

  • Yes! If you order 1-4 items, you'll receive a proof via email after placing your order, and you can request any changes at that time. If you order 5 or more items, you'll receive a proof via email before making a payment.

Can I add a custom logo/brand? 

  • Yes, if the product’s order form includes an option to upload a logo/brand, you can add it. Make sure the image’s file size is accepted by our form (File types are: bmp, gif, jpg, jpeg, jpe, jif, jfif, jfi, png, wbmp, xbm, tiff (Maximum file size is: 2000KB))

What size belt are the buckles made to fit?

  • All of our buckles are made to fit a 1.5 inch belt. If you need a different size add this information to the 'Additional Notes Box' on the product’s order form. 

Can I change the size of the buckle(s) & dog tag(s)?

  • Yes, but we do charge an additional fee if the size is increased. 

Do we offer discounts?

  • Yes, we offer military/first responder discounts and bulk order discounts (5+ items). If you need a discount, reach out to us via email info@ccbuckles.com, LiveChat (located on the bottom right-hand side of the screen), or call us at 806-674-4670. 

Can you repair buckles?

  • Yes, we can work on buckles that were made and purchased through us. We won’t work on buckles that weren’t made by us. If you need work done on your buckle, reach out to us via email info@ccbuckles.com, LiveChat (located on the bottom right-hand side of the screen), or call us at 806-674-4670.

Can I get a refund on my order?

Can I visit the Champion’s Choice Silver office to place an order?
